Our Initial consultation costs vary depending upon the procedure. The fees we charge reflect the high standard of care Lance and our staff provide.  However we are also very mindful of the escalating costs for surgery and make every effort to keep our costs competitive. Considerable effort has been made to provide you with the very best specialised surgical treatment. The fees for treatment may vary depending on the complexity of the procedure, however, a fully itemised fee schedule is always provided prior to your treatment.

All consultation fees are payable on the day we see you. Fees for surgical procedures need to be settled on the day the procedure is carried out. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged, regardless of your insurance coverage. If you have any questions about fees, methods of payment or your account, please contact us prior to treatment.

We are happy to receive private, ACC and insurance funded patients. If you have medical insurance the following applies:

• A copy of the Prior Approval Letter or Prior Approval Number must be provided on or before the day of your surgery.  We are happy to assist in the process of gaining prior approval if required.
• Your account must be sent to your insurance company for processing and payment as soon as possible. The insurance company will not process payment until this has been received.  Again, we are happy to assist in this process.­

If you have no medical insurance, payment is required in full on the day of surgery unless alternative arrangements have been made with us. Note that if the account necessitates recovery by a collection agency, you will be responsible for all collection costs. If you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.
